President Biden Finally Decides To Nominate Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson To Supreme Court
President Joe Biden announced on Friday 2/25/22 that he will nominate Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, to succeed Justice Stephen Breyer on the Supreme Court.
Biden tweeted “He said that Jackson is one of our nation’s brightest legal minds and will be an exceptional Justice.”
