November 4, 2021 Is The Divali Holiday In T&T Divali Holiday 2021 officially declared Divali will be celebrated on Thursday, November 4 this year.  The holiday was officially declared by President Paula Mae Weekes in the Public Holidays and Festivals Act.  The Hindu community will observe the Festival of Lights under COVID-19 regulations for the second year in a row.
