The 2017 edition of the Tobago Jazz Experience will be a grown and sexy affair with some legendary singers headlining the show.
The TJE organisers this evening unveiled a line-up that includes the iconic Grace Jones and R&B crooner D’Angelo.
Jones, a legendary Jamaican singer, actress and model is known for hits such as “Pull up to my Bumper” and “My Jamaican Guy”.
D’Angelo, who resurfaced in recent years, is known for songs such as “Brown Sugar” and “Untitled (How does it Feel).
Elan Trotman, a contemporary Jazz saxophonist and Jamaican singer Shabba Ranks and Morgan Heritage round out the cast.
Representing the locals will be Kes the Band.
This year will mark nine years since TJE was established.
TJE will run from April 22 to 30.
